I got this doujinshi at Katsucon and paid way too much for it, but I couldn't pass it up because the art was beautiful. I believe the name is 'Kegeka 2', I'm bad with Japanese so correct me if I'm wrong ^^ As I said.. the art in this is amazing. Also has some blood...Sano has a bad dream :P I'll scan the rest of it soon.
